UniTrack concrete tie turnout ?

I see they have the double track with concrete ties, and crossovers, but see no indication of a single concrete tie turnout - is this indeed the case?

Yes, the concrete ties are relatively new. Since points many times are kept wood when rest of track is concrete I think the single points may be some of the last to come.

Synthetic resin sleepers, but close enough.

 

Considering the single piece PC range Tomix have been recently releasing.  I'd assume Tomix will be the first to release modern concrete/resin tie turnouts.
