The airbase is fun. You can make a removable section you can plunk in there for the plane parking area and have an air show scene with large crowds around the planes and some concessions off in the corner!

I really want to see what it's going to look like with the control tower built but it needs painted and comes with a ton of photo-etched parts so I haven't had the time to work on it yet. The aircraft and some of the vehicles are 1/144 but they don't look too out of scale (the pilot figures Tomy packages with their Gimix aircraft actually look smaller than even 1/160). The Gimix planes are also prepainted and (relatively) easy to put together (the landing gear isn't very well thought out but that's just an opinion).

Some changes I made. Oil refinery now has a much different arrangement and is on a hill with two more tracks. Also changed the second container yard to operate better.
