Just posting this here, it seems the Aoshima Apartment blocks are getting a re-release? Or it might seem to be another new release in a different color:

Hobby search has it available for pre order as well, I've been hoping for a rerun of this kit for a few years now.

I have the 1st set, and it looks great in a residential area!

The kit was a pain to assemble though, due to the original run having most smaller parts in painted over trans-clear plastic, which is not only brittle to cut out, but the paints gets off easily exposing the clear plastic.
