  1. For the last several days, instead of diligently working on a commissioned painting, I've been living the Youtube life in Japan. I've come across several clips of street food in Japan. Two items have made me want to jump from my seat here in the studio in Indiana, climb through the screen, and eat. One item is a crepe with sauce, lettuce, other goodies, topped with an egg fried on both sides. What is this called, I assume it's a savory, and is there any meat in it? The other is a waffle looking item, in the shape of a fish, filled with either cream, or a dark paste. Is this a sweet item? If the answer is yes to all of the above please feel free to ship some to me out here in the cornyards of Indiana. Would anyone recommend these items, and are there others you could comment on. Mitch
